We work hard to keep this accurate and we cite our sources. Rates, program rules, fees, and lender practices change constantly, and some change without notice. Verify anything material with the lender or with the SBA before acting on it. We make no warranty that the content is complete, current, or suitable for your situation.
No service, no account, no submission
This site publishes information only. There is no form to submit, no account to create, and no service on offer. We do not review individual situations and we make no representation about what any lender will do.
Calculators
The calculators produce estimates using standard methodology and the assumptions stated on each page. Your lender's actual figures govern. Do not sign anything on the basis of a number from this site.
Third-party links
We link to lenders, government agencies, and other resources for your convenience. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their practices.
